What we collect
Only what you fill in on the contact form: your name, email address, type of business and your description of the task that costs you the most time. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising tools. Our hosting provider counts page views anonymously, using its own cookie on this website. This data is not shared with advertisers.
Why we use it
To answer your message and, if you want, to plan and carry out an AI Scan. Legal basis: your consent (the checkbox on the form) and, once we agree on work, taking steps to enter into a contract.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in the database of our website hosting provider (Lovable Cloud). We only share your data with providers we need to run the website and our email, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Then we keep what the law requires for our administration – in the Netherlands, 7 years for financial records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object, to limit its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@umbraprojects.com and we respond within one month.
Complaints
You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
We may update this statement. The date at the top shows the latest version.
