About
We help freelancers work with AI
Umbra Projects helps freelancers and one-person businesses hand their repetitive tasks to AI, so they get back time for the work they actually enjoy.
Many freelancers lose hours every week to email, quotes, invoices and planning. AI can help with that – but most explanations are either hype or jargon.
So we keep it simple. We look at how you work, tell you honestly what AI can and can't do for you, and only build what makes sense. You decide what goes live.
How we work
Honest about limits
If something isn't worth automating, we'll say so.
Plain language
No jargon. If we can't explain it simply, we don't use it.
You decide
Nothing goes live without your approval.
Small steps
Start with one task that saves real time, then build from there.
