1. The reply you've written fifty times
"What are your rates?" "Are you available in March?" "Can you send an example?" You know the answer. You've typed it many times.
Paste the question into an AI tool and add a few lines: who you are, what you usually say, and the tone you like. Ask for a short reply. Read it, adjust one or two words, send.
Watch out: don't let it invent prices or dates. Give it the facts, let it handle the wording.
2. Turning notes into a quote
After a call, you have a few scribbles. "Website, 5 pages, client sends texts, deadline end of month." Turning that into a tidy quote takes longer than it should.
Give AI your notes and an old quote as an example. Ask it to write a new one in the same structure. You check the scope and the numbers – those stay your job.
Watch out: always check the maths yourself. AI is good with words, not with sums.
3. The weekly follow-up list
Who still owes you an answer? Who did you promise to call back? Paste your rough notes or a list of open conversations and ask AI to turn it into a short, sorted to-do list for the week.
It's not magic. But starting Monday with a clear list instead of a vague feeling helps more than you'd think.
Start with one
Pick one of these. Try it three times this week. If it saves you time, keep it. If not, drop it – no harm done.
And if you'd like someone to look at your whole week and find the tasks worth handing over, that's exactly what our free AI Scan is for: one video call about your week.
